Default Idle revs too low?

Hello,
When I start the car revs are just above 500 mark and I can feel the car shakes very little. Can this be caused by missfire on one of the cylinders or any of the sensors has gone?
I have also noticed that when i stop on traffic lights car starts to smoke a bit more than other cars it's not a white smoke, it's like normal exhaust smoke, I wonder if this got anything to do with low car revs?
Please help me, any toughts will be much appreciated.
Regards,
Chris.

No codes, no lights on. I know it shouldn't be like this, but will any errors come up when i connect obd device to it, even if none of warning lights are on? I cannot think of anything else what could cause that...

Maybe the light bulb is burnt out. I would hook up the OBD reader and check for codes. As bad as the car is running a code should be thrown.
