Ids 118 install?

Need help! I have downloaded ids 118 DVD files from but how do I install them after?

If the image is 'burned' to a DVD then it should AUTO-RUN?

If not, then double 'click' on RUN.EXE?

Isnt an image file. It's a bunch of files tlinde uploaded to this site. Ids 118
