Default Immobilizer starting problems

Please really in need of helpI have a 2005 x type 2ltr diesel, due to moving house and work van it's been stood for just over 2 weeks and only started once in this time. I have gone to use it this morning with no joy.I put key in to start all ignition lights come on but wont crank over with message on dash saying security failure, so RAC have been out told fault code means theft detected (can't remember code itself) and suggested I have key etc reprogrammed so I have done that at the cost of £90 and still no joy can anyone help me please
