Default jag stalling when depressing clutch sometimes

Hi my 02 xtype will stall every now and then.. For instance doing 40 mph... Traffic light turns yellow I depress clutch and hit the brakes... The car will die.. Its happens a few times.. Anyone have this issue?

Yes, I have had this issue. Not to the point that it will stall the car, but to the point it will put my car into limp mode. It is probably a vacuum leak. Check your brake booster hose that goes to the top of the intak manifold. There is a little plastic black and grey valve that corrodes and falls apart. Coat it in epoxy so it wont leak anymore and keep driving. I have had this fix done on my car for over 10k miles. Looks funky, but beats buying the new part for over $100

So I checked the hoses from the brake booster to the intake.. Everything seems good and tight.. Should I seal them anyways or could something else cause this

Ok, your clutch may actually be going bad... Take it to a parking lot, put it in first, depress the clutch and give it some gas and see if you go forward. If so, then your throw out bearing is shot.
