Jaguar X-Type 2002 Transmission Fault

Hello, I have several questions about my jaguar x-type 2002 2.5L trandmission fault problem. I have replaced transmission on my jaguar x-type 2002 from jaguar x-type 2006. I started getting error "transmission fault" and the jaguar drives kind of slow , gains spead kind of slow. So could that be Jaguar X-Type AUTOMATIC GEARBOX TRANSMISSION MODULE problem? or does it has to be replaced? Also, Check Engine message pops up every time. All errors from computer have been cleared after replacing transmission and other parts so in the computer there is no errors.
is there like another computer for just transmission? or is it just gearbox transmission module?
could anyone please help me with this problems???

Having similar issues will it let you use cruise control if not sounds like the input turbine speed sensor a on the transmission advaced auto charges $63 with %15 discount if orderd on line but if you go to amazon prime you get it shipped free and to your home the next day for only $22 good luck hope this is a help brody.
