Hi, I have a tricky question here. So I was away for 4 months and I left my car with my brother(big mistake.. never do it!). I told him to make some diagnostics with the JLR SDD to check out the car if anything is wrong.. well he f*cked up everything, went into the programming and my car was dead, even the ECM was fried.. I don't what he did. So I bought a new ECM thinking it was from a manual speeds Jag.. well, actually not, it was from an automatic one and after I did all the programming and linking with the IP, the car went into limp mode cruise not available, searching for a TCM which I DONNOT HAVE... The question is, do you know some way of editing the VID and get rid of the TCM so that my car can run normal again... I tried with the calculators for the coded mode, but it doesn't wanna get in the coded mode. I use JLR SDD\IDS v138. I am open to everything you can throw at me, I am desperate!
