My 2003 jaguar X type that I bought Three months ago is now starting to hesitate around 3000 RPMs and the check engine light begins to blink and the cruise control is not available and I had it diagnostically checked and I found it to be the intake manifold gasket (upper and lower)Might have to be replaced but after looking at the gaskets after taking the manifold off they looked to be newer than I expected and the problem may not be the intake manifold gasket’s and maybe something else if anybody has had a similar issue please let me know, thanks. Blinking = catalyst damage occurring

Do not keep driving it till it's fixed or you'll need one or more cats!!

 

Post your codes, then use SEARCH to see causes and fixes.

 

One of the codes showed up to be catalyst fail on bank one I believe that has to do with the catalyst damage and maybe just the O2 sensor. I do not know if you do know please let me know thanks.
