Hello,

I would very much appreciate any help in estimating how much a 1970 Jaguar xj would be generally worth, assuming it is in mint condition and under a 100,000 Km?

So far, I could only find a UK based website offering a value estimation (~ 3,400 pounds), but I am trying to get some other second opinions.

Also, please share your experience related to this model's reliability, maintenance cost, faults, or anything pertinent.
(I have no expertise and time for repairing/restoring)

Suggest finding a classic Jaguar repair shop and having a talk with them.

Ditto. One of the first things I ever do when I buy a car is find the local 'guy'. I use All Jaguar in Longwood Fl. Find the local 'guy' and if you have a 1970 XJ he'd be glad to help you out.
