I think...never went to walmart...probably tomorrow or the day after though...not for sure on that either!

The one's I bought look like this but the package says XENON on the front...if not wally world than try another car parts store or something like that...

Found these online they look really nice-LINK

blue
white

Those above are from that link...

I'd personally give these a shot though considering he used them and they are a good price...remember the v-leds link...here's another...LINK

Peewee,

The "city" parking lights and license plate lightsare 194. You will need to make sure you buy the Super white (HID) bulbs to get that look. 194's could be used for the front, mid and rear side markers as well.

The reverse lights are 1156 bulbs.

The stop & tail lights are 1157 bulbs.

Front turn signals lights are 3157 or3057

and the rear turn signals arePY21W. I don't have leds on these yet but have them on order.

Hope this helps! It really finishes off the look.

Let me know if you need any help!

Thanks Bud I appreciate it!

For the 194 LED's Did you use the 4,5 or 6 head LEDs? For the 1156 did you use the 18 or 30 head LEDs? Or Does it matter?

thanks again

I don't know which one would go better....either way though I'd go with those lights over the one's I got at wally world...especially since you don't even have your license yet so there's no rush I'd just order those and wait for them...just put your hids in at the same time...actually nevermind that is a separate part of the headlight assembly...you just unscrew the cover on the brights and pop that little bulb out but those would come in after your hids anyways I'd imagine...

What did you do? That is strange that it didn't fix the problem...didn't you have the problem with melting plugs? Are you getting power at that wire? Did you check and try tracing it back?

The heads on the LED matter only for the brightness. I used the 4 on 194's and 24's on the 1156's but it should really matter.

Well I called this guy that specailizes in HID install and called him and he wants $150 for the low beam and fog lights installed. I was like F that $150 I can havea dealer do that dumbass lol. Im not looking to pay more than $100 for both kits installed.

I feel like $150 was reasonable, but then again, I wouldn't pay it. It's a job so simple to do, plus with all the FAQ's that we have here, that I don't see how you wouldn't be able to do it.

Hey Jason, Biggies got a point there mate.
The whole point of the FAQ's is for those sorta installs etc etc. There are a few there which you would find very helpful making the job a breeze to do. Depends how much money you have / wanna throw around and or how involved you wanna get with your car.
Have a look at the FAQ's and read them and then see if you still wanna pay someone $150 to install them.

Good luck

Jim

Yup, those are the exact same ones I have in my parking lights and they match my 8000K HID kit perfectly.

Have you installed the parking lights before? It could be very tricky the first time, just make sure they are secure once installed.

No I have not would these go very well with my 6000k low beam and fogs? Also what tricks do I need to know, is that what they call them parking lights? Because it would look ugly with my low beam and fogs and my daytime running lmaps being yellow. Also will I have any problem at the inspection?

The 194's would go well with you 6000k's, I actually had 6000K's until a bulb blew out and I decided to change them out to 8000K (Free Lifetime recplacement at Umnitza.com)

The trickiest part is actually getting in there and pulling out the bulb. Other than that it's pretty straight forward.

I'm not sure of what "inspection" you're speaking of.

I talked to a few people and they siad the aftermarket kits might not pass inspection. Also sorry for asking but you said you got urs from umitza.com what about the vleds.com thats where I showed this web http://frickinbrite.com/catalog/prod...products_id=48So the one here would be perfect for my headlight correct? How much is shipping on the vleds?
