I've seen people do those kind of things when they install a carputer with a larger screen and relocates the a/c controls elsewhere. If you did it yourself it probably wouldn't cost too much but it would be hard. To have someone do it for you you'd end up paying much more than you paid for the entire radio and navigation unit just to relocate what you've got. What I'd do is find someone that could paint your dash kit to match the black of the stock controls better or perhaps the blue of the car??? Or perhaps if it's not done in suede have it sueded...
