Wow, 55C! That's 131F! I imagine all bets are off considering the extreme temps.

Not really one it crosses 50c, it's an official holiday, therefore, they don't declare above 50c.
In the desert it goes above 60+

The fact of the matter is we r covered 24x7 with air conditioning.

Last three expenses were not out of pocket, but someone rear ended me while talking on their cellphone and not paying attention so the three expenses are:

$800 for the first body shop to do a bumper job

$1300 for the second body shop to repair what the first body shop messed up

$1100 for a rental car during this 30 day fiasco

Luckily when they did an alignment, they found the inside of one of the wheels bent so we bought a refurb wheel to replace it. That was only $115. Not sure why the people that put new tires on back a few months ago didn't tell us about it, they probably thought we wouldn't buy the tires if we had to buy a new wheel or something.

Wheel bearings - $360.. apparently I bought wheel bearings that weren't good (was not sealed), so the mechanic himself had to buy them asap before I left home.. so the extra money had to be spent which hurt. (If anyone is buying wheel bearings [maybe you, fix it], be sure they are sealed.. as some are not sealed - which I don't understand why)

Rear calipers $350.. Shipping was expensive because of its weight, and calipers alone aren't cheap as we all know. I couldn't find any nearby my location.

Brakes + Rotors (All 4) - $250 - I believe it was $250.. I got pretty good discounts at CarQuest, which I was really relieved to get this all done myself and bought at a good price.

$700 for new tires? Whew, discount tire had a sale on Goodyear Assurance last month for $380 installed with $100 rebate. $280 for some 80,000 mile tires wasn't bad at all!

1 c2s46685 abs modulator - $3,685
1 197030 upper and lower intake gaskets - $283.50
1 c2s46697 swinging arm - $272.16
1 124515 right engine mount $256.50
+
numerous parts and $2,263 labor adding up to a grand total of:

$7,873.84

All one one ticket, one invoice. ALL covered by Full EZ Care Extended Warranty

So it came out to be $100

I couldnt list it all, it would take two pages. I could scan a copy if we have some non believers.

Do I get a award for the biggest X-type invoice?

Obviously it's not their fault, I was just saying that was expensive for a set of tires in general. Heck, our sports car with higher end 225/40/18's is usually only $500/set

In 60k of ownership the only maintenance so far has been battery ($125) and oil pan gasket ($800) recently. This car has been solid so far.
