Leak from rear of car

Leak from rear of car

Please help me identify this leak. Thought it was oil at first but wasn't very dark. Coming from rear of the car.

Let me know what's involved in getting this addressed? thanks

It looks like you have a problem with water getting into the trunk and its pooling in the spare wheel well then seeping past the grommet in your picture.

Looks like the previous owner had kept a quart of oil underneath the spare tire! Never been so happy to grab some old towels!!!!
