Limp mode, no reverse lights or park aid, j gate selection not red

Just bought this Jaguar 2.5 auto, car drove fine the day before but the next morning I started it up and got the gear box fault/ no cruise message code p1634 or 43 low circuit fuel pump is what the local Penz shop scanned.

All fuses good, swapped relays 15, 17 and R3, R8. TCM looked good. I've already changed intakes and (water pump too) I did get a catalytic converter code with that scan.

This may sound funny but get your battery load tested.
Our cars can throw some strange codes when the battery goes weak.

I had an intermittent gearbox fault and the "s" button by the shifter would not work on mine. could not track it down.
as soon as I put in a new battery all was fine.
