Could somebody please advise where this breather tube should be connected. It's on the front passenger wheel are(right hand drive) many thanks

 

Could be the battery vent hose. One end connects to a vent tube on a Jaguar OEM battery. The other end dangles under the car to safely vent acid fumes /overflow. Replacement batteries generally don't have such a vent tube, hence this vent hose goes unused.
