MAF sensor

MAF sensor
Would appreciate info on where it is located, what it looks like, pictures etc. OBD2 code generic P0108 which reads "Manifold Absolute Pressure/BARO Sensor High Input'. I beleive this item can be cleaned rather than replaced. JTIS will not work on my Windows 7 computer, so I am seeking advise from the collective experts.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Bruce

Bruce, the MAF sensor does not measure the pressure of the air in the engine. There is a separate sensor for that.
As for where the MAF sensor is, if you open up the hood of your car, you will see the air box there in the front center of the engine bay. If you look to the right a little bit, you will see where the main intake tube runs over to the throttlebody. If you look half way up the tube on the driver's side, you will see a 2x2" protrusion on the side held in place by 2 screws. That is the MAF sensor.
As for your error code, the pressure sensor is located on the top of the intake manifold. If you look up near the firewall, you will see the top of the intake. In the center of the car, you will see a small black box sticking up out of the intake. That is the intake pressure sensor.
