Many Codes Need Help!!!!
Have not been on Forums in awhile. Im looking for some help. I have a jaguar xtype 2003 with 160k miles. She has been running rough when I strt her up until she gets warm. I went to autozone to get codes due to the fact that the cruise control unavailable message apears and the car starts to stop and go until I slow her down. So far I changed IMT Rings, checked pcv hose, changed brake boster hose, MAF Sensor and cleaned throttle body. I am getting codes p0171,p0174,p0300,p1699,p0430,p1111. I been checking forums and people have had my problem but fixed it with one of the things I aready replaced. Looking for someone to point me in a direction because mechs are starting off guessing problems at 500 bucks and up.

P0171 and P0174 indicate running too lean
P0300 is a random misfire
P0430 is Cat system below threshold on Bank 2
P1699 is CAN network fault.
Here is the full list of descriptions, default actions and possible causes for these codes:

Are your mechs talking about fuel or HO2S sensors?

Renegade, I want you to try two things for me. First off, remove the cover off of the engine. THen look to the left of the throttle body. You should see a hose about the size of your thumb in diameter running from the intake to the valve cover nearest you. REmove the hose and then look at the underside. Is the hose split? If yes, replace the hose and then see how the car runs then.
Next, get some Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor cleaner (not carb cleaner). REmove the MAF sensor from the intake (2 screws in the side of the air inlet between the air filter and the throttle body) and use the cleaner to spray the internals of the sensor and then reinstall. See how the car runs then.
Odds are, one of these two is going to fix your problem. IF not, let us know and we will give you a few other things to check.

Please Help Flashing CEL and Sulfur Smell?
My car started shaking awhle ago and just the cruise not available sign comes on. If I let off the gas it will stop so I must go slow until crusie lights go off. The acceleration is really rough and wont go fast. My car starts to smell like fire crackers. Ig like sulfer. I have never smelled this before. The Check Engine light was flashing and the cruise light was on.
Coolant leaks steadily out but I just changed oil and refueled coolant. I also change trans, valve covers, a few coils, all sparks plugs , upper intake manifold , booster hose , imt orings, cleaned throttle body , and changed short ribbed hose, and battery all new no junk replacements! I have absolutely no money or love to give my jaguar anymore. I feel so betrayed.
It use to run rough until it heated up. I gave that up as a air leak and getting close to winter. This is my only car for me and my girlfriend to use. It is ready codes
p0171
p0174
p0301
p1313

p1000
My mechs are cool but I feel so much anger at everyone because no one can fix my problem. They are striking it up as bad cats but how can cats cause all this. Also said could be computer and or injectors.
Honestly I dont know what to do anymore. If I cant fix this one last time I will just have to trade my baby in. I love her so much but Im so broke from her.

If you are smelling sulfur, then you have a cat issue. Atleast 1 of your cats is toast. I would venture to guess that you are looking at bank 1 cat being bad. Now, this might be complicated by the fact that you have an intake leak, resulting in the lean codes. It is looking like you may have some bad IMT o-rings, or you may have a bad intake manifold gasket. But, without further analysis, hard to say.

Based on the OBD codes you listed above, the engine misfires must be corrected or the catalytic converter(s) will be damaged.
The flashing MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light), or as some call it, the 'check-engine light', means there is damage being done to the converters as the vehicle is being driven. The sulphur, or 'rotten egg' smell, is caused by raw fuel being burned in the catalysts instead of inside the engine. When this occurs, the catalysts will overheat and lose efficiency or perhaps melt.
If the spark plugs have been replaced along with the spark plug well o-rings, there are either faulty coil packs or oil has found its way into the spark plug wells and shorted the coil pack in one or more cylinders.

I've merged your two threads - I understand you want to get a quick answer (and I hope you will) but having two threads on the same problem is counter-productive.
I thought you'd already changed the plugs?
Also you should always use a torque wrench to tighten the plugs.

This thread from the FAQs shows very well what is required to access the rear coils. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x-type-14/how-tune-up-spark-plug-change-faq-48128/
There is no cable for the cruise control. As far as the rear bolt on the manifold goes, I found that reaching in from the passenger side between the IMT valves with a 1/4 drive socket allows enough room to remove the bolt. It's mostly blind but is the easiest way to get it.
