Mechanical headrest help needed.
Hello,
I have a 2004 X type, Estate Sport Wagon. The backseat mechanical headrest has been inserted backwards and I cannot remove it. Any suggestions?

Mechanical headrest problem solved
I found a release button on the bezel that holds the headrest in place. It is almost invisible. It is on the side of the bezel next to the door. Just press in the button, and the headrest will easily release.
