Well nevermind guys I found a few on ebay for $210 brand new with the frame. And maybe I can sell mine with $60-$100. Its a good deal right.

 

mmmm Check mess grille quality, shipping costs, seller reputation... there are on ebay few ugly mess grilles I think wouldn´t be a good purchase. Anyway, maybe you have found a good deal. I only suggest you to check all before doing nothing.

Also for people who are looking to buy a brand new jaguar x-type 3.0. My parents bought a brand new 2004 jaguar x-type 3.0 auto with metallic paint for about $26,000. So just a fyi my parents bought theirs in January of 2005. Since here we dont have sales taxes we dont pay any taxes.

 

Also we sold the x-type in 2005 I believe because my dad had a complete liver transplant and we needed a SUV badly for him. So we bought a Lincoln Aviator 14mpg.

Oh I do not know. I have spent $300 on accesories. I just spent almost $500 on a snowboard package. In the next 1k-5k miles my car is gonna need a wheel bearing I think. And I really really want the grill but I cant afford to spend any more money. I didnt get anything for christmas as my parents cant really afford to buy me anything right now. So am in a tight situation. I know on a dark color car, like mine is the mesh will do a big difference. So I am looking to see if anyone is intrested in my old grill.

 

My dad has monthly bills at the hospital. He takes about 10 meds a day now and this hospital is costing him a fortune.

 

mine took me about 30-45 mins to cut the vanes and install in the car. The mesh piece didnt want to stay flush with the backing so i didnt install all the screws. It looks fine and no problems with slipping or anything. I drive mostly freeway so with all the wind hitting the grill and snow etc it still looks straight and fine.

 

The mesh looks absolutely fab on the Sports in particular.
Have you tried flogging yours on Ebay Jason?
