When you changed the plugs did you also renew the upper and lower intake gaskets?
Sounds to me as you may have some air leaks going to the rear bank.

Yes I put all new in at the time. This problem is why I changed the plugs to start.

It'd help if you post the exact codes you're seeing. Just FYI, Bank 1 cylinders are 1-3-5 and are nearest the firewall. Bank 2 cylinders are 2-4-6, near the radiator. If you're new to this car (like me), you'll see many postings about causes of air leaks downstream of the MAF that throw lean codes. You'll need to look at all of them. Look well at the intake boot since you've had it off recently for the spark plug change.

I took the picture of my engine compartment while doing ATF change, but it's a good view of the MAF, intake boot, PCV hose and couple of vacuum lines that you'll see talked about here. My PCV hose pictured is the old style; if yours the same you should change it (I got mine from forum sponsor SNG Barratt) to the revised part. BTW, Barratt has a nice parts catalogs - downloadable and printed. They'll mail you a printed one if you'll email them. Very handy to have.
