Default Misfire issue

I could use some help. 2004 x type, 2.5 manual. I'm having a misfire on cylinder 6. I have changed all plugs and coils, new upper and lower gaskets, fuel injectors, IMT o rings, has ribbed pcv hose, compression tested the cylinder, I'm out of ideas. I read somewhere that you stand behind the engine and 1, 3, 5 are on the right, 2, 4, 6 are near the radiator...is that correct? Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Correct. Cylinders 1, 3, 5 are Bank 1 near the firewall. Cylinders 2, 4, 6 are Bank 2 near the radiator.

Thanks swingwing, I just fixed it. The way I was told before cylinder 6 was by the timing chain, turns out that was cylinder 2...Once again thanks.

I had the cylinder numbers switched around, I thought 2 was 6. Once I got that figured out I just replaced the coil again.
