went to autozone to get check engine light told me that all spark plugs need to be change can somebody help and tell me how to change them and what is a good brand to get thanks

What were you getting for fault codes? Service interval for spark plugs is every 70,000 miles and if you read the link posted above you can see it is not a half hour job. I'd get the fault code(s) and post them here for a 2nd opinion. To say change all the plugs is a pretty general
"fix". Were you having a problem or did you just get and engine light?

 

its more than likly a coil misfire and what do you expect for free dont know Jaguar advice. If its a misfire for a cylinder undter the intake, replace all 3 coils and plugs. you can do the other later side since theyre easy

You change the coils when you change the plugsit is a direct Ignition system, no spark plug wires. So no easy way out you need to follow the procedure above.
