Hello, Fellow Jaguar Enthusiasts. I have come across a situation with my 2003 X-Type. I pulled back my moon roof shade and it will not return to the closed position. My head is getting sunburnt! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. Bill here in Wayne County Ohio

Just for my own sanity have you tried fully opening and closing the sunroof to see if the shade will reengage. I know you have but have to ask.

The only thing I can think you could try short of dropping the roof liner is find something you can slide in and try and "hook" the shade and pull it back.
