Yes the belt damaged tire looks like it under inflated....just signs to diagnose as well as bad vibrations.
Every manufacturaturer ( i butchered that spelling) has defaults.

Just like the ford super duties have exploding exhuasts and jaguars had the bad transfar cases just as conti has bed tires...
