Are you saying your car has a hard time starting or doesn't start at all when it is cold out? And that you do not wnat to just start replacing parts without knowing they will fix your issue? If that is correct, you will have to provide more information as there are a lot of things that could contribute to that.
-Does the engine crank, but not fire up or when you turn the key nothing happens?
-Does it crank and take a very long time to start?
-It starts but runbs very rough?
-Did the issue just start recently?
-Has anything been repaired or changed just before the issue started happening?
Get teh idea? There are so many things that could cause that condition we need more information to narrow it down.
If you mean something else entirely, please elaborate further.
