That IS the best stance i've seen on an x-type so far, could you drop it any more? I think tucking those wheels just a bit more would make it perfect. Although I will probably go with 19 instead of 20, do you know the offsets by any chance?

They're just H&Rs and wheels are 20x8.5 and 20x9.5 ET40 with 235/30/20 on all corners. I may trim half a coil from the front at some point. Needs to be a finger lower in the front. In my 15+ years of doing this, the golden rule is that all front aftermarket springs need a half coil trimmed. This is no exception.

The "little woman" adds a lot to the pictures. It sort of takes the edge off and makes the whole thing a bit tongue in cheek. That one of the X with the long lens should be on a magazine cover.

Will these fit without modifications to the fenders?
The wheels look like they belong on the car, they're great!

Yes. With ET40 and 235s, you don't need to modify anything. As a member of stanceworks though, the additional fender overhang I still have and "not low enough" ride height is still a little embarrassing for me. I need spacers and coilovers or airbags.

That's so tempting

I just love the way you have fitted these 20's without them looking out of place. Might try this one too this summer... Are both front and rears ET40?

When you're loaded up (eg: 4 adults), do you get any rubbing?
And what's the brand of your wheels?

Thanks!

The key in this case is that they are 3-piece looking wheels. That always makes them look an inch smaller than radius lipped wheels. So my 20s look like 19s with flat faces or radius lips essentially. And no, even with adults in back, no rubbing - that's part of why I think rear spacing is needed. I'm used to rubbing.

I agree, you need that coilover/tuck look, however its sooooooo soooo hard to do on these cars without spending TONS of money....there is essentially no references because there aren't many people with our "tastes" if you will, driving around jaguars. I plan on getting coils and modifying the arms to make more room for a wider wheel with lower offsets. But first I need to pony up for a set of wheels that are going to cost me 4-6k. Im thinking Weds or Work.

That is why I'm here and own a Jag, literally. I'm not particulary fond of these cars or their performance - other than the canvas being pristine and almost completely untouched.

Not reeeeally... We only have one coilover choice but its a good one, and retail is less than $1500 on them which is really not bad at all. KW coilovers for a Porsche Cayman on the other hand--$3000+
