my window for some reason goes down when i hit bumps and when i try to push the button to go up it doesnt any ideas

 

Your window regulator has failed. Many regulators these days use a thin flexible cable to raise and lower the window glass. The cable breaks and the window drops. Fairly common problem. Do an internet search on "jaguar X type window regulator" to see what the look like. They're fairly expensive because they usually include a new motor. You may also find a used one in a wrecking yard.
