Default Need help - jaguar says my warranty expired

Well, evidently I hit my 4 year mark and the warranty is expired.

I took the vehicle back to the dealer for a "clunking" sound when going over bumps slowly in forward and reverse. They wanted $125 to look at it, even though I mentioned it to them when I had it in the month prior for other warrranty work. Anyone know what this could be...bushing?

The jag is my wifes daily driver, but she is visiting family and I have driven it for the past week. Here are some things I noticed...

It seems to shift hard while decelerating at 40 mph. Not just a downshift, but like a jerk. Any ideas?

Also, last night while getting money from the ATM, while stretching out, my foot hit the accelerator (it was in park) and I have a sound when hitting the gas...almost like a flap opening. I have never heard this before, any ideas?

There is also a squeek in the front end.

Thanks for the help guys!

If you've used the dealer before for servicing, parts and or warraty work and you're only just out of warranty I'd ask for goodwill....They can take into account if you've been a good customer and pay towards the cost of any repair, although you'd have to cough up sumthin....worth asking
