Default Need Help on my X-Type

Hello guys, please i need help to resolve an issue i am having with my Jag.

When i start my car in the morning it misfires and the engine does not run smooth at all. i got error codes P0191, P1316, P0300. I noticed whenever i turn on the engine when it is still hot or has been driven, the engine does not run rough. Also sometimes the codes clear on its own and i dont see any code when i scan. Also sometime when i am going up hill it stutters.

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to X-Type forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model and members here with the same model will be able to help.

I recently changed the PCV hose and the brake booster hose, along with the spark plugs.

Solved my start up misfire, completely.

As crazy as it sounds, I also found that Marvel Mystery Oil added to the gas also helped. At first I thought I had a sticking valve, as the misfire was only one cylinder and the plugs were not old.

In any case those 2 parts were leaking vacuum and causing the misfire.
