I appreciate the link and read through it previously and again now but from my understanding the 2011-2012 dvd disc is needed and the 2002 version will not work. I only have the 2002 disc, which is tried using the steps you outlined but it did not work. If the older disc can be used then I will repeat yet again. If the recent version is needed then what I need is that version. Thank you.
