Im just trying to figure out the max size screen i can successfully install in a 04 xtype...thanks

The key thing is the depth of the unit, there is a plastic clip that fouls anything too deep please see the following link. Also look on youtube for info on removing the old headunit.https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...x-type-166723/

I think that the maximum depth is app 160mm my philips unit just fits.
