Hi guys i was looking at XK8's but after a post in the XK8 forum and a bit of reading around it seems as if that is just not going to work into my budget and be a reliable car. I was wondering how the X-Types are with reliability. I am looking at an 04 X-Type 3.0 with 53k miles on it. It is a newer 04 as i have been looking at X-Types some have the same steering wheel as the 05's and some are the same as the 03's so i guess this would be an 04 1/2. I guess i am just wondering is there anything i need to look out for? Anything i should expect to go bad? Is the 3.0 better than the 2.5 or is the 2.5 better than the 3.0 in terms of reliability and major problems? I am trying to keep it around $15k the lower the better.
