Not another central locking problem
I have checked in previous posts, but I haven't found any central locking problem like mine. Simply from time to time (usually when it’s raining) my car does not open or close from the fobs. I thought it was a problem with fob battery, but it isn’t and I don't know where to start from, so… please
Can anyone tell me where remote central locking module is located in a jaguar x type 2002, I suspect damp in it (but I’m open to other suggestions)

For some of you who have issues with the fob please see the attachment, it will give you some details about how to modify your fob, revision S527.
Also I've manage to fix mine (anyway this is what I think), the problem was the ignition switch and a little bit of WD40 did the job

I just bought a 2004 x-type std and hope to fix the door ajar light and not working remote in one shot by going to the service center with this
