Since I just put the following into my car I want to do cheap custom stuff to it. i have a well modded z/28 that takes most of my money but it's not used often. i don't like driving cars that are stock..lol. i'm just looking for stuff like stripes, emblem, possibly cheep 16" wheels since I just bought 16" tires..
here's what has been done and why it's not worth selling. Show me some pics of small mods just to make it different. Here's my Z.

no one has cheap appearance mode on their x types?..lol

 

Yeah a lot of us have little mods here and there but most of the things that can be done to the x aren't really that cheap lol. I mean you could do mesh grill inserts or a front grill update, tint the windows, smoke the tails or headlights, paint your wheels or get some aftermarket 16"s like you mentioned, a trunk spoiler, front bumper lower lip...there is chrome (although I hate chrome) stuff you can buy that goes around the headlights and tail lights and chrome mirror caps. You could HIDS and LED interior lights. You could lower the car on eibach, h&r to make it cheaper.

Man the list is long but its your car so do with it what you like and not what other people might want you to do to it! Happy modding! I'm so far into mine its crazy haha

 

yea your right for sure, I should know from my Z/28 there are a million mods. I like the idea of just painting the wheels but leaving silver on the lip and center, window tint is a must in Florida, pinstripe is yes but not sure of one 1/4" line or that double line (like to see examples) cant find pics online. On some of my other sites there's a catagory called chop shop where people will photoshop a pic of your car with what you ask, within reason...lol
