Has anyone ever odered anything from them. Ordered a remote about a month ago and I haven't received anything.

call them or email them and find out where it is.

They must have provided an order number when you placed the order.

I received an email confirming my order on March 23, whichwas about a week after my initial order. I have not heard from them since. Forget about calling them, and I left them an email about a week ago. Have not got a response yet.

That's odd, because they are pretty good about things like this. I bought my key fobs from them, and they immediately provided a confirmation and a tracking number soon there after.

If you have your other fob a dealer in michigan wanted 150 for a new fob and programming...the gmc dealer I bought the x from paid 60-70 bucks for it including programming.

Never used them but contact them in any way you can. Did you use paypal to pay for the item? If so hurry up and make a dispute and they should contact you shortly otherwise try calling your credit card company if that is what you used (if they don't get a hold of you.) Keep in mind that you only have so long to say something about it...
