Default Waterpump belt came off, is this the tensioner? (with pic)

I made a 150 mile trip from Minneapolis MN to Duluth mn last night, car ran fine when i drove here and while I was here. This morning while still in Duluth, I woke up, jumped in my car and there is no heat. It's only blowing cold air, I got a few miles down the road before the car itself began to overheat into the red. I shut it off immediately. I popped the hood and the reservoir is full. I grabbed a few hoses in the front top of the engine bay and they have warm coolant in them. I'm at a loss. It seems to get worse if I turn on the heat instead of better. That and the fact that it's full of coolant has me at a loss. Any help please. I need to make the trip back to Minneapolis tomorrow.

I searched many times without finding anything regarding in over heating when the coolant is full. One post in the UK forum saying it could be blockage.

Look down to the Left of your battery
is the belt still intact (this is the belt to the water pump)

I don't see the battery under the hood, but what I'm assuming is the serpentine is intact. Is it one or two belt setup?

What I thought was the air box was the battery cover. The belt indeed came off. I feel like an idiot. Most cars I've worked on the water pump is on the same side as the other accessories. Thank you sir! Any reason it would just come off?

No parts stores locally carry the belt. Talked to advance, Napa and orileys. I have heard it may share parts of the 3.0 in the Ford contour? Does anyone know?

That WAS the tensioner looks like the bearing went bad and you lost the wheel
I had the same problem you will need to get a new tensioner it is held in by one 13mm bolt.
Ok your on it just saw your post asking for the part number
