Default Park Brake Not Working

Hi guys,

Park brake on my 2001 X-Type 2.5 manual is now working properly...It seems to be the R/H rear caliper that is causing the problem...I am thinking about trying to dismantle this caliper to see if I can somehow free it up...Does anybody here knows if its a nightmare to do or is it pretty straight forward?

Cheers guys and a Happy New Year!

sphnyx, I was the one that wrote the "E-brake lever sticking" post. In short, the job is pretty straight forward. The "hard" part of the job is getting your hands on a 14mm penta-socket (5 pointed socket, a 6 or 12 point will not work, trust me!!!!!). Once you get that, follow my instructions and it walks you through everything. if you have any questions, let me know.

Dennis, look on e-bay. That is where I got mine. I paid like $20 USD for it, but the one caliper repair more than covered the cost of that socket. There were a few different people selling them. Just need to know where to look.
