Default park distance control speaker location

Hello,

I'm new of the forum and I'm writing you to ask for a help.
I have a problem with the pdc on my x-type sedan, I need to know where the pdc system speaker is located, do anyone knows it?

Simozo. welcome to the forums. There is a lot of good information on here if you do a little searching. Our cars have been around so long that pretty much anything that can happen to our cars has been discussed here. Check out this thread: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...ontrol+speaker

simozo, you will need to remove the carpeting on the rear shelf (assuming you have the 4 door sedan, the sport/hatchback location is different) and then if you look on the left side of the car (if you are inside, it will be slightly to your right from center), you will see a black box with a series of small holes cut in it. That is the sounder that you are talking about. There will be a 2 wire plug attached to it.
