Can someone please confirm what the above part is for and where it goes in the system.

I know it's Bluetooth thingy and suspect it's a Facelift interface.....

The "A" part is a BTUM which sits under the centre console, my C2S42563
has protrusions for fixing screws/bolts, or put another way, that ain't it.......

Still struggling to identify.......
