Default Passive anti-theft system issues

I’m sure there is a fix beyond a MacGyver paper clip where the relay goes on these ‘02’s when the anti-theft system gets buggy. Any ideas from the experts here? I am reading up a bit so I’ll know more than I did or get a good nights sleep 😂: http://jagrepair.com/images/Training%20Guides/682%20Adv%20Electrical%2002-20-02.pdf

clan, not even bypassing a relay will make the PATS system be bypassed. it physically turns off the injectors to the engine when the PATS is not being made happy through the correct keys. That is all handled inside the ECM. You would have to completely reprogram the ECM to make that happen.
