Once you see the bike I photoshopped you'll like it! Even the most masculin of us all would like it! I have to get them from my old computer though??....

wait never mind just found them...

Here's the pink altered ride!!!

(I needed to spend a little more time on the rear fender eliminator-it would have looked better and less fake...[&:])

Now what do you have to say about that jimbob?

Aquill - You are the photoshop king bro....lol
Not lovin that pink bike though.........sorry bud
Its like some big hairy assed biker with a pink bike?[sm=laughat.gif]

Somekidz -I think the reds look kinda nice on some cars and even on some Jags too, all up to the individual that drives it I guess.
Just not my scene on my Jag.
I think on your car........either black or silver is deffo the way to go.
Silver would complement your chrome work and rims and just be enough to stand out a little, yet be conservative at the same time.
Black will blend in nicely too and be a good finish yet still stand out but not in your face boy racerish

Hey - remember and post some pics up bud?

Jim

Wow! I didn't realize this would be such a popular subject. My X is silver so silver calipers would match. But if I want to contrast and really draw attention to them...hmmmm. I'm getting lots of good ideas. Thanks guys!

If you want to see X-type calipers powder coated in different colors, check this site out http://www.overnightautoparts.com/pr...&catq=true

Hey jim the attention to that bike would be sick! Me personally I want this bike...

I wouldn't change a thing about that bike!

Hey 04 those red ones are freaking awesome! I like em!

Hey skyjump do you have aftermarket rims? Or something that you would want to draw attention with? I painted mine red but my rims suck now! One michigan winter did a number to them!

Wow quil, that pink bike looks awesome.....not the color, but the photo shop skills you possess instead. I agree about the ban for liking that horrible color! LOL Just giving you a hard time buddy! I mean it looks horrible, but hey...to each his own!

Did you look at the helmet and notice the pink in the helmet!

I'd rather have repsol but that bike is awesome! If a girl rode that bike i'd be scared! I rode that bike after riding my 900rr right before (that was the first rocket I rode and only for a few minutes) and the guy I bought my 900 off of had this bike and told me to ride his now! OMGoodness....it was freaking crazy smooth, light and AWESOME!!! I was in 2nd gear doing 82 mph in a 25 and the rpms weren't even telling me to shift! I was awwww struck for sure! That bike was sick!

That sounds like one quick bike............I remember being on the Back of a Thunercat 650 once and doing 145 before we knew it....Pretty scary as I only hopped on for a quick blast and was wearing shorts n a t shirt at the time[&:]

Those 1000rr's go 170-180 without modification! My 900 only did like 157 I think was the manufacturer top speed...I had at 150 and still had some left but I also had a sprocket on mine so I was probably only going 140-150...man was that fun!!!!!!!!!! Miss my bike

I haven't had it since last november...my wife just saw it the other day...I sold it shortly after we got the jag so I could pay off other debts...wish I wouldn't have because I'm pretty sure I wasted the money anyways and I could have sold it for probably 4500 instead of 3k

Ok........The X is all cleaned and lookin good.
I have attached pics of the Calipers painted ( although approx 9 months ago and need redone soon )
You can just see a hint of the Redstuff pads too
Look pretty good, but much better once I have redone the calipers - just waiting on the paint coming that I orderd of Ebay last night

+1 on Cadi's comment. The Jag does serve you better. Bikes are way too dangerous anyway! The sun is glaring on my screen so I can't see the pics too well Jimbo. I'm sure they look good though!
