Lightbulb Plug & Play Alpine stereo with bluetooth for X Type

Can't be real sure, but looks like this may only work with Apple? Says IPod & IPhone....

But sure a nice unit to just plug into existing wiring, antennae, etc. to get usb, plug in, bluetooth, handsfree, etc. Not a bad price either.

Has a steering wheel adapter available also to keep controls on wheel working.

Amazon listing notes this IS NOT compatible with SAT/NAV fitted cars. =:~(

So this is a single din model and it says it comes with facia so what do you do with the open area? I wonder if it comes with a fitted coin/gadget tray for the open area? I would prefer android compatible myself. never the less, good price.

By the way Dell...fix your amazon link as it goes to ebay also ;-)

peace out,

Cool item this, but if it's the actual item shown in the picture (I would guess it is) then for sure it is also compatible with with android as there is an android logo right next to the iPhone/iPod logos on the box itself. However contacting the seller is the best way of confirming that for sure.

I wonder how legit this listing is, I'm thinking of buying it with the steering wheel harness. I'm in the US though.

Just found your terminology odd. Legit? It's listed for sale in many areas on the internet. It's also on eBay and Amazon which use Paypal for protection.

"I'm in the U.S." = insinuation seems to be that anything sold outside the U.S. is somehow inferior or shady?

Why then do you own a UK built Jaguar? Note the after market unit is UK based.

JagWagon: Don't take it personally - Dell there gets a mite touchy sometimes, but he posts constantly, and he's usually the first one to to point folks at relevant threads by using the search function, which seems to be his pet peeve. ("Let me google that for you" does get tiresome after a while.)

(And Dell: Thanks for doing you like nobody else can.)

not taken personally at all. I've been on this forum long enough to realize, I guess I need my dose of it to get used to it.
His effort is greatly appreciated though, from all other members and soon myself as I get the restomod going on my x-type.

In regards to this radio, I may just invest in it come summer. Getting tired of using a Bluetooth FM transmitter.
