Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows what these two plugs are,, they both seem to come out of the side of the starter, one has an aluminum shield wrapped around it, the plug has three holes with white wires with black dots, the other plug has two green holes with green wires.

noticed they were just dangling, are they accessory pugs for options the car doesn't have,, if not, where do they belong, can't see where they plug in ??? pics of plugs and wires are in my garage,, yet to set up a pic server
