PO171 and PO174 ANY HELP?SUGGESTIONS?
Hi all,
I left my car sitting for one 24 hours and when i got into it this morning, the "check engine" light came on. Took it to autozone and it gave the PO171 and 174 errors (System too lean bank 1 and 2). I put some gas treatment in it, ran it for a while but the light stayed on. I researched a lil about it, and saw it might be couple of reasons - O2 sensors, MAF sensor, a leak or something. Where is the MAF sensor located so i can start by cleaning it and is this a very alarming error code or something that i can watch for a couple more days. I dont get any misfires or nothing neither is the engine rough while idling. Everything seems normal. Im not knowledgeable in this so any help would be appreciated.

Replace the pcv hose, the vacuum line to the brake booster,(or heat shrink a large piece of heat shrink over the 1 way ck valve in the middle of the line), and both imt orings in the intake. These are all known issues for lean engine code on this car/engine. And the newest 1 ive been seeing alot of lately is the brake booster itself is leaking vacuum. And evidently becoming more of an issue cause they were back ordered for a month and we were waiting for 5 here alone.
