Is it possible to tap the NAV voice into a new stereo?

Is it possible to tap the NAV voice into a new stereo?
If I install a new aftermarket headunit, can I somehow tie into it so I can hear the stock NAV unit give me voice instructions? Hmmm. I don't need the stock audio system for anything, but the vocal directions from the NAV unit.
