hi guys, got a problem with my headlamp powerwash when i put the system on the module under the headlamp comes out for 2-3 seconds then goes back but no water coming out of the jets, i have taken the water pipe off that connects to the jet module and water comes out for about 2-3 seconds and travels about 2-3 metres, basically the system is working up to the jet module, jets are clear, is there a way it could be blocked in the module under the headlight or could it be a faulty washer pump not delivering enough pressure any one any ideas, both sides dont work but pipes seem clear

 

did you got this resolve- I have the same problem.

 

fixed mine. it was missing the lock for the pipe to snap the pipe in place. have to buy the whole pipe system but i just used the lock.

i think this happened when i have my hid bulb replaced. lesson learned make sure to check your washer before leaving the shop.

 

yeah i fixed it bought a new pump soon as i connected it up it powered both jets straight away

 

Just wondering what years the headlight washer was an option and what package it was part of? My '05 has pretty much every option but not that one (that I'm aware of...). It has the cold weather package with heated seats, etc. Was it not offered that year?

Mine is an 02 Sport Premium. Lots of option in it. Don't have navigation (working on it), phone, ACM & voice (Voice pre-wired though). I think it has to be an option with the HID headlamps unit.
