Probable cause of front end noise
I've been experiencing a front end rattle/clacking noise when going over slight breaks in the pavement. I think I found the culprit yesterday as I was replacing the front brakes......it appears that the right side upper strut mount/spring isolator is broken. I can wiggle the spring quite easily. Time for new front strut/spring assemblies, eh?
