Default Properly aiming headlights

For the third time in 2 years I had to change my headlights because they keep on blowing. I made an attempt to reposition them correctly, however I can only find adjustment screws for up and down. Is there a left and right somewhere that I don't see?

I am not 100% sure on the left and right aim because it has been years since i was messing with my headlights, but more importantly why are they blowing so fast?

have you checked to see if there is water in the bottom of the headlight assembly?

There's no water. I can't install them without touching the bulb in some way and I think that's why they blow prematurely.

Wear gloves when you replace them.
