Default Pulled x type fuses now engine systems fault

I was checking the fuses in my jag to see if any were blown and now when I start the car it says engin system fault and it is in limo
Mode. What is the solution to this does the computer need to be reflashed ?

I would first double check that all of the fuses are fully seated. Then I would get the OBD codes read. Lastly I would remove the negative battery cable and hold it against the positive battery cable. Doing that will give a HARD RESET to the modules and set all values at the default settings.
The idle will be a little rough when first starting as the engine management system adjust to the settings.
Give that a try and report back.

I made sure all the fuses were fully seated and I got the codes read I also tried to clear the codes by unhooking the battery for a full day and I tried discharging the battery your way and neither of them worked
After I cleared the code once I tried clearing them a couple more time and both of these codes came up

P1251- throttle position
P1638 - can link ecm/ instm circuit /network

Check the ECM fuse; it is not at all unusual for that fuse to pop when it is being put back in!
