afternoon all:

Cat sat for a few days I have to replace the hood release so hood not secured down. Could this possibly cause a drain on battery?

Turn key to start and not enough juice to crank, but when I turn key back to off position there is a slight shudder noticeable on panel just for a like a mini second? Anyhow ended up jumping car for a while and started right up.

Is it possible with the hood not being latched ( just lowered down) there is a juice drain?

Any test I can run with my voltmeter to check for drainage from battery?
