So somehow my passengers rear rim was bent a little and it chewed up the tire. I went to my local place and had the spare put on for the time being. My question is, should I replace all 4 tires or can I find a used one of the same kind with close to the same tread life? I already got a rim from someone on this forum so we're good there. Go on ebay and search. There are THOUSANDS of used tires out there from uneven wear scenarios like you had where there are 2 or 3 matching tires that get split up and sold as singles. I had the same problem on my jeep and found a very rare tire in a very rare size on ebay for like $80 with more than half tread (yours will be cheaper cause it's not a 33" tire )

 

If you're trying to save money a trick you can do is to buy only two new wheels and simply use them both on the same side of the car. That way when someome looks that the car from either side things look ok and it will only be the rare person who walks around the car and notices that things are different.

Just make sure you get the correct sized wheel...
